These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with our policies.

• We sell a variety of women’s clothing and accessories.
• All product descriptions and images are for reference. Colors and minor details may slightly vary.
• We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & Checkout

• You can place an order with or without creating an account.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or incorrect details.

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• JazzCash
• EasyPaisa
• Debit/Credit Cards

5. Shipping

• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
• Orders within our city: 2–4 working days.
• Orders outside the city: Up to 7 working days.
• Free delivery on orders above PKR 5000. For orders below PKR 5000, delivery charges of PKR 100 apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• If the product is damaged upon delivery.
• If the wrong product is delivered.
• If the product is not delivered after payment.

Refunds due to personal reasons (change of mind, size issues, etc.) will be processed after deducting delivery & packaging charges.

7. Privacy

8. Changes to Terms
