Q1: Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders easily.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Debit/Credit Card payments.
Q3: How long does delivery take?
Orders within our city/state take 2–4 working days, while orders to other cities/states may take up to 7 working days.
Q4: Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Q5: Is there free shipping?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders above PKR 5000. For orders below PKR 5000, a flat delivery charge of PKR 100 applies.
Q6: What is your return & exchange policy?
You may return or exchange a product within 7 days if it is damaged, incorrect, or not delivered. For personal reasons, returns are accepted but delivery and packaging charges will be deducted.
