Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product delivered is different from the one ordered.
  • The order was paid for but never delivered.

2. Customer-Initiated Returns

If you wish to return a product due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, etc.):

  • Return will be accepted, but delivery charges and packaging costs will be deducted.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

3. Time Frame

All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the order.
  • Processing time may take 5–7 working days after product inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments or intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
